Yup it's Wednesday and I'm already finished with next weeks meal plan. It's still taking some getting used to planning meals with no dairy, but it's coming along. I've listed a few things up on craigs list, things that have been sitting in the closets collecting dust and have already gotten a couple hits! The more excess we sell the more debt we can pay off with our tax return instead of using that to buy my new computer, a new camera, and my doula training!
Not much else to post today, but here's our meal plan!
