Sunday:
 Big Salad
 Focaccia bread

Monday:
 Baked omelette

Tuesday:
 Jambalaya in Bread Bowls

Wednesday:
 Buffalo Stew

Thursday:
 Chicken and Blackbean tacos

Friday:
 Steak w/Sauteed Garlic and Mushrooms
 Mashed Potatoes and Gravy
 Salad

Saturday:
 Pork Stirfry with Noodles
